ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Deadline: 30th November 2024
Abstracts submitted should not exceed 300 words and should be structured as per the following:
- Name of the topic specialty and title of the abstract.
- Author: provide the names of all authors and Institutional Affiliations.
- Background or introduction of the topic being addressed and aims/Objectives of the topic.
- The description of the methods used should be concise and followed by the results.
- A brief discussion and/or conclusion.
- The text for all abstract submissions should be in 12pt Arial, left aligned.
- Figures and graphs: You may include up to two image files in your abstract with a caption for each. Image files do not count toward character count restrictions.
- All abbreviations used must be described fully in the text once.
Only two abstracts per individual submission is allowed. If same researcher wants to apply more than two abstracts, it has to be assigned to a different speaker. - Only original articles related to urology can be accepted.
- By submitting your abstract, you accept that you will be the presenting author, unless otherwise indicated upon submission. Furthermore, you will make sure to be available at the date and time of that will be allocated to you at a later stage.
- Once the abstract selection process has been completed, authors whose abstracts have been chosen will be notified to complete registration process to the conference and provided with arrangement details.
Video Guidelines
- Video abstracts describing the technique of procedures, tips and tricks, the results of research work, rare interesting case report or challenging surgeries are subjected for submission.
- Videos must inludede an abstract body, not more than 300 words.
- Video Abstracts Presenters will be requested to submit their video presentations in MPG, AVI, and WMV formats.
- Video size must not exceed 300 MB and 7 minutes duration (if the video size is more than 300 MB, please provide video download URL which must be valid till 30th October 2024).
- Videos without narration will be excluded from the review process.

Introduction (or Purpose): This section must include a concise description of the background or rationale for the study, with the specific purposes, questions addressed, and/or hypotheses tested. Lengthy descriptions of rationale are not necessary and not desirable.
Method: The Method section must describe the study design and general procedures including characteristics and numbers of participants and data collection methods. If the study does not involve primary data collection, information should be provided on the methods used to summarize previously reported data (e.g., narrative or systematic review, meta-analysis).
Results: The Results section should summarize findings as they apply directly to the stated purposes of the article. If the project is ongoing and no results are available at the time of submission, please include projected results.
Conclusions: The Conclusions section must state specifically the extent to which the stated purposes of the article have been met or, if the study is ongoing, the potential implications (theoretical and/or clinical) of the findings.
